Material and Design: Our stock doors are made from either 18-gauge galvanized (GL4) steel for usage in all environments or 18-gauge cold rolled steel for use in interior openings. Our stock doors have a polystyrene core but are also available with a honeycomb core. Additionally, doors may be ordered in heavier gauges of 16, 14, and 12-gauge steel.
Sizing: Our stock door sizes are 3068, 3070, and 3080. We also carry a limited inventory of most common widths from 2-0 to 4-0 for the 6-8 and 7-0 door heights. Custom sizes are available by order. All doors come in a standard thickness of 1-3/4” unless 1-3/8” is requested for special order.
Fire Rating: Our stock doors are available for fire rating up to 90-minutes in three-piece (knock-down) frames and up to 3 hours in welded frames. (*See NFPA 80 for compliance information)
Other Ratings and Special Construction: Windstorm-rated doors (hurricane-rated doors) are available by order – the contractor must have either the design windload rating available or the Florida Building Code product approval number for us to correctly configure the product. Additionally, we can special order sound transmission control (STC) doors, lead-lined doors, bullet-resistant and other specialty hollow metal doors.

We carry commercial architectural solid core wood doors that can be used in a large variety of interior openings.
Sizing: Our stock door sizes are 3068, 3070, and 3080. Other door sizes are available by order. All doors are 1-3/4” commercial thickness.
Veneer Wood Species: Our stock door veneer species is unfinished rotary natural birch. This is a great veneer for paint finishing and for dark stains.
Core Material and Fire Rating: Our doors are solid core with either a particle core or a mineral core. The difference in the core of a wood door determines the maximum fire rating it can receive. Our stock particle core wood doors can receive a 20-minute fire rating, but our special order mineral core wood doors can receive either a 60-minute or a 90-minute fire rating (see NFPA 80 for compliance information).
